Trauma
Trauma occurs when something happens to us that we do not have the resources to manage. So our emotional, mental, physical, and sometimes spiritual beings struggle going forward. Gill Counseling offers trauma-informed therapy to help you cope, understand and heal from experiences, such as accidents, abuse, or violence. You can learn to recognize and manage triggers, bring compassion to yourself, and heal the parts of you that were wounded in the incident.
Pregnancy Loss & Fertility
The loss of a pregnancy or facing fertility challenges can be isolating and emotionally difficult. Gill Counseling provides a compassionate space to address the unique grief and emotions associated with pregnancy loss and infertility. I can help you navigate your journey, explore support options, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
Insurance
Please contact your insurance carrier to ensure that services will be covered under your insurance and to determine your co-payment and deductible. Some insurance companies require a pre-authorization number and will give you one when you call. Please bring this information with you to your first appointment. Co-payments or private payments are expected at the time services are rendered.
